How do you vet installers before adding them to your Kent network?

Accepted Answer

We require evidence of at least 50 completed residential gate installations before any installer is accepted into the network. We check that public liability insurance is current and covers the full scope of gate installation work. We confirm that written warranties are offered on both the gate and the automation as a standard practice, not an optional extra. We monitor customer feedback on an ongoing basis and remove any firm whose quality or responsiveness falls below our standards.

Do you cover my area of Kent?

Accepted Answer

Our network covers the whole of Kent, from Dartford and Gravesend in the north to Cranbrook and Tenterden in the Weald, and from Sevenoaks and Westerham in the west to Canterbury, Deal, and Folkestone in the east. We also cover the Kent borders into parts of Surrey, Sussex, and South East London. If your town is not listed on the site, submit an enquiry with your postcode and we will confirm coverage directly.

Can Kent installers handle planning applications for conservation areas and the AONB?

Accepted Answer

Installers in our Kent network who regularly work in the North Downs AONB, the High Weald AONB, the Green Belt corridor along the M25, and the historic centres of Canterbury, Tunbridge Wells, and Faversham are familiar with the planning requirements for these areas. They can advise on whether a planning application is required, help you design a gate that is sympathetic to the area character, and support a pre-application enquiry to the local authority where needed.
